Αυτός είναι ο Γιάννος το χταπόδι!Eίναι ο ήρωας ενός αγαπημένου παιδικού βιβλίου.’Ενας ήρωας πολυτεχνίτης που μπερδεύει τα πλοκάμια του και γίνεται χαμός!Το διαβάσαμε τόσες φορές που παραλίγο να το μάθουμε απέξω!
Η ιδέα να πλέξω τον Γιάννο ήρθε ξαφνικά από μια καλή φίλη!Τον μελέτησα πολύ παρατηρώντας τις εικόνες του βιβλίου και είπα να το δοκιμάσω.Μου αρέσει πολύ να πλέκω ήρωες παιδικών βιβλίων και ο Γιάννος άλλωστε δεν ήταν ο πρώτος.
Έκατσα και έγραψα και το πατρόν και είπα να σας το παρουσιάσω!Είναι πολύ απλό σχέδιο κατάλληλο και για αρχάριες πλέκτριες.
Το πατρόν είναι γραμμένο στην αμερικάνικη ορολογία.Αν επιλέξετε να το πλέξετε θα πρέπει να με αναφέρετε ως σχεδιάστρια,να μην το παρουσιάσετε ως δικό σας πατρόν και θα ήταν χαρά μου να μου κάνετε tag στο instagram @thebluebobbin για να δω το αποτέλεσμα.

Materials
Crochet hook 1,9 mm or any other hook you like
Cotton yarn or any other type of yarn you like suitable to your crochet hook
Stitch marker or a piece of yarn to mark the start of every round (we will be working in continuous rounds)
Scissors and needle with a large eye to hide the tails of yarn
Polyester fiber fill for stuffing

Don’t forget to stuff your octopus as you work.You will stuff it firmly before you close it with the bottom part.

Sc in the next st and ch 85 (mine was 30 cm long)
in second ch from the hook and in the next 10 st in total (sc,inc)

Repeat until you reach the beginning and you have 8 tentacles
Slst in the first sc of the round.Break the yarn and hide the tail.
Bottom

Break the yarn leaving a long tail for sewing the bottom after stuffing your octopus firmly
Cheeks
No 1 cheek with pink yarn

Close circle but not too tight leaving a gap in the middle

Don’t forget to embroider with black yarn with a few stitches the black middle part of the eye before sewing it to the body.Fill with just a bit of polyester fiber fill.
Hat

Slst in the remaining st of the round.
Fill with polyester fiber fill before sewing the hat to the head.
Assemble
Use the photo as a guide and sew the eyes,cheeks,hat and embroider the mouth.
And you’re done!
